I do yoga nearly every day. It helps me to focus and feel empowered with greater flexibility. I love it!

I really should do yoga more -- it always makes me feel better! And we're drawn to the same types of paranormal things--although I do not 'think' I am sensitive in the way you are. I've been playing around with rune stone readings this weekend!

Yoga is the best. It helps get all those shoulder kinks out after spending a day at the computer writing. I can recommend more online yoga if you want!

Yoga and Tarot cards to ground you. Those sound like nice implements to one another. I did yoga for a couple of years but found I didn't have the balance or the flexibility to really get into it. Now I just exercise and stretch at the Y. I heard of one writer who uses Taro cards to help her define characters. I haven't tried that yet.

Didn't your SinC chapter host a meeting with her? Tarot could be a useful tool to help figure out plot points, too! And as they say about yoga, it's always a practice.

Not that I know of. I think I heard her at a writer's conference a long time ago.
