More power to you, Karissa, for being able to write those spicy scenes! The interview was fun, and you didn't appear to have stage fright. Best wishes on Cliff Diver.
When I had my podcast, My Favorite Detective Stories, I waited a hundred episodes to interview my favorite author, Joseph Wambaugh. I’m glad I did. I was still nervous but I only waved my fan-boy flag a little. Also one of my earlier guests paved the way for me to get an introduction to Joe. He was a gracious guest
You were fabulous! But I totally understand -- when I'm the subject of the interview versus the interviewee I am much more nervous.
Absolutely! I love interviewing authors. But I'm not so comfortable in the hot seat. (hehe) You were a great interviewer, Val! So many good questions!

Thanks Sherrill!
Having seen some of your interviews I can attest that no one would ever know you have stage fright. I think you've climbed that mountain!
After my interview with John today, nothing will embarass me! 🤪
Haha! A breakthrough!

I had the same experience interviewing Robert Dugoni. I hope I put my guests at ease as well as he helped me to relax.
Ryan Gosling- not Ryan Reynolds...
